Pour ceux qui seraient motiv\u00e9s pour s&#039;engager sur l&#039;\u00e9dition 2016, voici le r\u00e9cit de sa course : &quot;un jour \u00e0 Embrun&quot; !<\/p>\n<p>&quot;<em>Tout commence par une temperature de 13 C\u00b0 et une eau \u00e0 21 C\u00b0, le tout dans le noir. Premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire, enlever la bache qui recouvre mon v\u00e9lo (et oui, il a plu toute la journ\u00e9e du 14\/08 ) et vite dans l&#039;eau pour l&#039;\u00e9chauffement. 6 heures, le d\u00e9part : quelques distributions de claques pour ceux qui veulent me couler et c&#039;est parti pour 3 km800 de nage. Sortie de l&#039;eau, je prend le temps de me couvrir avec le peu d&#039;affaires que j&#039;ai car les perspectives de pluie et de froid sont importantes. Allez, 188 km de v\u00e9lo et oui. Et bien pas loup\u00e9, la pluie arrive au 60 km, selon notre temps de v\u00e9lo, certains passeront \u00e0 travers, d&#039;autres comme votre serviteur n&#039;y \u00e9chapperont pas. Et l\u00e0, la gal\u00e8re commence avec l&#039;Izoard (2300m d altitude et environ 1000 m de denivel\u00e9 positif). Heureusement ma famille me suis depuis le d\u00e9part et me motive pour la grimpette. Arriv\u00e9e en haut, 7 C\u00b0et la pluie est de plus en plus forte. La descente avec un ressenti d&#039;une temp\u00e9rature de 4\u00b0 va \u00eatre dure. Les contractures des deux cuisses rendent la position sur le v\u00e9lo pas evidente, les tremblements et les claquements des dents rendent le pilotage tr\u00e8s dur. Je ne peux descendre plus vite que 30 ou 40km\/h maxi, alors que en temps normal, je serais descendu \u00e0 60 voir 70 km\/h. Je decide donc de g\u00e9rer ma course pour \u00eatre sur de finir et tant pis pour le chrono. Arriv\u00e9 au parc \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, soulagement. A suivre le marathon qui bien s\u00fbr n&#039;est pas plat, trop facile. Toujours dans la gestion du temps, je cours tant que je peux et marche dans les mont\u00e9es pour ne pas d\u00e9truire mes cuisses d\u00e9j\u00e0 abim\u00e9es par les contractures de la descente de l Izoard. Et voil\u00e0, apr\u00e9s avoir couru mes 42 km avec la famille qui me retrouvait sur le parcours pour hurler, &quot;ALLEZ PAPA !&quot;, je passe l&#039;arriv\u00e9e.YES, je suis finisher. Je vous remercie tous pour vos encouragements et petits messages. \u00c7a me donne envie de recommencer rien que pour \u00e7a.
