\"DSC00371\"Voici les photos et les classements du triathlon de l’Alpe d’Huez. C’est vraiment une \u00e9preuve exceptionnelle. La natation se d\u00e9roule dans le lac du Verney dans la vall\u00e9e. EDF, qui exploite le barrage, arr\u00eate exceptionnellement la production le temps de l’\u00e9preuve natation (1,2 km pour le CD et 2,2 km pour le LD). Le v\u00e9lo se compose d’une partie roulante dans la vall\u00e9e puis de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre mont\u00e9e de l’Alpe d’Huez. Sur le LD, il y a 2 cols avant la mont\u00e9e finale ! Les 14 km d’ascensions m\u00e9ritent bien leur r\u00e9putation: ca monte tr\u00e8s fort d\u00e8s le pied, les 21 virages s’enchainent sans aucune possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. La vue du parc \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, \u00e0 1850 m, sur le terrain de foot de la station, apparait comme un soulagement pour les cuisses. La boucle de course \u00e0 pied mesure 7,3 km. La premi\u00e8re partie est une longue mont\u00e9e sur un sentier de montagne. La seconde partie est une descente bitum\u00e9e vers la station. La difficult\u00e9 du triathlon qui consiste \u00e0 enchainer les \u00e9preuves prend ici tout son sens: beaucoup de concurrents sont victimes de crampes ! F\u00e9licitations \u00e0 tous et en particulier \u00e0 Etienne (en photo ci-dessous avec les pompom girls) qui se classe 1er du club sur le courte distance et \u00e0 Benoit qui prend une belle 80\u00e8me place sur le longue distance. En revanche, pas de chance pour Julien qui a crev\u00e9 au pied d’Alpe d’Huez et qui a perdu de tr\u00e8s longues minutes \u00e0 r\u00e9parer.
