\"248524La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de Triathlon met en place depuis 2004 le Challenge National de Paratriathlon Individuel. Il s’agit du circuit national sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux paratriathl\u00e8tes regroupant plusieurs \u00e9tapes et une finale permettant de r\u00e9compenser, dans chaque cat\u00e9gorie de handicap, les vainqueurs du Challenge. La majorit\u00e9 des \u00e9tapes d\u00e9roule sur un format sprint : 750m de natation – 20km de v\u00e9lo – 5km de course \u00e0 pied.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n

Les athl\u00e8tes sont class\u00e9s d\u00e8s la participation \u00e0 une \u00e9tape mais le classement final est \u00e9tabli sur l’addition des points sur un maximum de 3 participations. La finale n’est pas obligatoire afin de ne pas contraindre les athl\u00e8tes les plus \u00e9loign\u00e9s de s’y rendre mais apporte 50% de points en plus.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n

Les cat\u00e9gories sont \u00e9tablies en fonction des modes de locomotion. Il y a donc 4 classements. Au sein de chaque mode de locomotion, un syst\u00e8me de pond\u00e9ration de temps prend en compte les diff\u00e9rents handicaps utilisant le m\u00eame mode de locomotion. L’\u00e9tablissement de cette \u00ab\u00a0table de cotation\u00a0\u00bb est le fruit d’une collaboration entre la F.F.H. et la F.F.TRI.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Gwladys, qui a particip\u00e9 aux \u00e9preuves de B\u00e8gles, Saint Nazaire et \u00e0 la finale de La fert\u00e9 Bernard, s\u2019impose brillamment pour sa 1\u00e8re<\/sup> ann\u00e9e de triathlon dans ce Challenge. \u00ab A B\u00e8gles<\/span>, grande forme dans l’ensemble!<\/span><\/em> <\/p>\n

Partie natation en lac effectu\u00e9 en 15min. Partie v\u00e9lo, plut\u00f4t pas mal. Course \u00e0 pied difficile au vu de la chaleur mais un temps final satisfaisant. Objectif atteint !<\/span><\/em> <\/p>\n

 <\/span>A St Nazaire<\/span>, parcours difficile.<\/span><\/em> <\/p>\n

.Natation en mer (2 boucles \u00e0 effectuer), mer agit\u00e9e, courant au rendez-vous qui me d\u00e9porte \u00e9norm\u00e9ment. (temps: 26min au lieu de 15min \u00e0 b\u00e8gles), c’est pour dire la difficult\u00e9 du parcours. V\u00e9lo, route pleine de bosse, virage \u00e0 90\u00b0(il y a eu plusieurs chute), donc je suis rest\u00e9 prudente tout le long. Course \u00e0 pied, bonnes sensations.<\/span><\/em> <\/p>\n

 <\/span>A la Fert\u00e9 Bernard<\/span>,<\/span><\/em> <\/p>\n

Natation, bon d\u00e9part, en revanche \u00e0 la fin du parcours, j’ai rat\u00e9 une bou\u00e9e donc pour ne pas \u00eatre disqualifi\u00e9e, j’ai d\u00fb effectuer 400m de plus pour la rejoindre. Une grosse perte de temps! En sortant de l’eau je m’en suis voulu ! V\u00e9lo : rep\u00e9rage du parcours le jour d’avant, je savais qu’il y avait 3 grosses c\u00f4tes difficiles \u00e0 monter (dont la c\u00f4te du taureau). Pendant le parcours, j’ai eu du mal mais je n’ai rien l\u00e2ch\u00e9 et j’ai continu\u00e9 ma course sans mettre un pied \u00e0 terre ! En revanche, pour le reste de ma course, impossible de changer de plateau car mon v\u00e9lo n\u2019est pas encore am\u00e9nag\u00e9. J’ai donc continu\u00e9 ma course en ‘moulinant’.
